Magnet PR & Events is proud to be representing Gregory Atkin Creative. With extensive experience both in Sydney and internationally, Gregory Atkin is an arbiter of style who is continually on the cutting edge of innovative design and showcasing new event trends.
Armed with an innate sense of style and determination, Gregory Atkin, originally from Adelaide, established the first of his successful businesses in 1996 in Sydney, ‘Inside Out Building Interiors’. His creative vision led to projects within the fashion and entertainment industries fueling his imagination and his now-signature event style: elegant, theatrical, with an underlying architectural anchor.
As Gregory’s reputation grew, his sought-after services resulted in relocation to New York in 1999 to fulfill several interior design projects. Doors opened to an international network inspiring his next business venture, ‘Your Concierge’, a high-end personal concierge service, facilitating specific requirements for his prominent clients.
Responding to the growing demand for large-scale events from his well-heeled clientele, in 2007 Gregory consolidated his expertise in Interior Design, Fashion and Construction to form a specialist event business – ‘Your Special Events’ – based in Sydney Australia. Over the years, he has fostered strong relationships with the best vendors, locally and internationally, transforming events of every size, budget and scale with his signature luxury event furnishings.
Known for his professionalism, versatility and attention to detail, Gregory continues to add to his portfolio of high-profile clients and noteworthy events, including: Preston Bailey (most prominent event planner based in New York); Malcolm Turnbull, Bonnie Babes Garden party at Kirribilli House; Camilla Franks (fashion show as part of Mercedes Australian Fashion Week); Leona Edminston; Marie Claire Magazine; Sneaky Sound System and many celebrity weddings in Sydney.
“It was a great honor to design and work on Preston Bailey’s event in 2014 in Sydney”, says Gregory.
